Ordering & Pick-up

How much notice do you need for orders?

Most orders require at least 3 days’ notice to ensure availability.

For custom orders or larger quantities, please allow 5–7 days’ notice.

Where do I pick up my order?

All orders are picked up from my home bakery Ke Tortas Sweet Space in Innaloo, WA.

The exact address and pick-up instructions will be sent in your order confirmation email.

What are your pick-up hours?

Pick-up times are selected when placing your order using the date and time picker at checkout. Your selected time will be confirmed in your order email.

Will I receive a reminder before my pick-up date?

Yes! You’ll receive a reminder email 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up.

Products & Ingredients

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, please contact me before placing your order. I’ll do my best to help where possible.

Please note that all products are prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts, so traces may be present.

How should I store my baked goods after pick-up?

Most products are best enjoyed fresh.

Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for 2–3 days, or refrigerate for up to 4–5 days depending on the product.

Payment & Cancellations

What payment methods do you accept?
All prices are inAustralian dollars (AUD) and payments are securely processed at checkout.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact me as soon as possible.

Cancellations made at least 3 days before your pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products,refunds are not available.
However, if you are not totally happy with your product, please email us immediately at norma@ketortashomemadesweets.com and I’ll do my best to help.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are available for pick-up only from Ke tortas sweets space at Innaloo, WA.
We currently don’t offer delivery, but we’re happy to coordinate a pick-up time that suits you.

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with the exact pick-up address and time details. Please ensure your order is collected within the agreed window to keep it fresh and at its best.

If you need to adjust your pick-up time, contact us at norma@ketortashomemadesweets.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Delivery may be offered occasionally for special dates or areas. When available, details will be clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.

About our products

All desserts are handmade in small batches in my council-registered home kitchen.

Because everything is handcrafted, small variations in decoration or appearance may occur. This is part of what makes each cake and alfajor unique.

Changes to pricing and products 

Prices may change from time to time without prior notice.

Because all products are handmade in small batches, ingredients, decorations or packaging may vary slightly depending on availability and seasonal ingredients.

All orders are subject to availability.
